Leek And Potato Soup

You will need the following.

Soup pot ingredients:

20 g Finely chopped fresh oregano

50-60 g compound of chopped celery and parsley

One chopped medium tomato

1-4 chopped carrots

2 Medium chopped potatoes

½ Cup (120 ml) of rice for thickening

Put all the soup pot ingredients together in a big pot and cover with water. Bring to the boil, then cut heat to a minimum and simmer for about 30 minutes.
